Website dated & low freshness
- The footer says “© 2018 Internet Marketing and SEO by Next! Ad Agency”. That suggests the site may not have been updated recently (5+ years old). It gives potential clients a sense of stagnation.
- If the gallery and testimonials haven’t been refreshed, it weakens credibility for a “custom home builder” who should be showcasing recent work.
Limited service detail
- The “Services” link is there but from the landing page you don’t get full detail of what the service journey looks like (design, permit, finishes, after-care). People hiring a custom builder want to know exactly how you’ll walk with them.
- Also, no mention (on the home page) of key credentials: builder licensing, certifications, warranties, maybe sustainable building practices. These matter, especially for discerning clients.
Mobile / user-experience risk
- I opened on desktop; good. But if the site is old, maybe mobile/responsive experience is weaker (which matters for Google ranking and for users). That’s a risk.
- Navigation is sparse (just the basics). For a custom‐builder site, you often expect immersive visuals, interactive features (3D tours, configurable options). The simpler the site, the less high-end feel for some clients.
Also, “Since 2002” is good for vintage/trust, but for a younger client you may want a more modern tone: “New techniques, modern materials, smart-home ready” rather than only legacy.
